p789 Terms and Conditions – Full Platform Rules

01Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and p789 ("p789", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at p789.cash.

By registering an account, accessing any part of the p789 platform, or using any service offered by p789 – including but not limited to placing bets, participating in promotions, or claiming bonuses – you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use p789. Creating an account constitutes acceptance. You are responsible for regularly checking this page as p789 may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

03Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

To register on p789, you must be a natural person (not a corporation or entity), be at least 18 years of age, be a resident of Pakistan, and provide accurate and truthful information during registration.

3.2 Registration Information

You are required to provide a valid Pakistani mobile phone number during registration. You must provide your correct full name, date of birth, and contact details. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without refund of any balance.

3.3 One Account Rule

p789 permits strictly one account per individual player. "Individual" is determined by identity, device, household address, and IP address. If p789 determines that a player has created multiple accounts, all accounts may be suspended, any bonus balances will be forfeited, and any winnings generated from those bonuses may be voided. Real-money deposits are handled according to p789's individual case review process.

3.4 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. p789 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account. You must notify p789 immediately at support@p789.cash if you suspect your account has been accessed by a third party. p789 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access that occurred because of your failure to maintain credential security.

04Identity Verification (KYC)

p789 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with its obligations around fraud prevention and responsible gaming. KYC may be required at any time but is mandatory before processing withdrawals above a threshold set by p789, which may vary by account history and payment method.

Documents that may be requested include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and confirmation of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of the mobile wallet registered in your name). Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable time of the request will result in withdrawal suspension until verification is completed.

p789 will not request your banking password, mobile wallet PIN, or any credential that gives p789 direct access to your financial accounts. Any communication claiming to be from p789 that requests such credentials should be reported immediately to support@p789.cash.

05Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

p789 accepts the following PKR payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees. p789 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit on p789 is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though very large deposits may trigger additional verification under KYC procedures. Deposits are credited to your p789 account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

5.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method as the most recent deposit where possible. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within five minutes. Bank IBFT transfers may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals follow card scheme timelines.

There is no minimum withdrawal amount on p789. p789 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own fees. Withdrawals are processed during business hours on Pakistan Standard Time; requests submitted outside business hours are queued and processed at the next available opportunity.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals of your real-money balance are available at any time subject to KYC verification. If you have an active bonus on your account, the bonus funds and any winnings attributable to those bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirement. Forfeiting an active bonus does not affect your real-money balance.

06Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All promotions offered by p789 are subject to these general bonus terms plus any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page. In the event of a conflict between the general bonus terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier applied to the deposit plus bonus amount (D+B) unless the offer explicitly states otherwise. For example, a 25×(D+B) requirement on a Rs 1,000 deposit with a Rs 1,000 bonus means you must wager Rs 50,000 total before the bonus converts to withdrawable real money. Wagering progress is displayed in real time in your account dashboard.

6.3 Game Contributions

On p789, slots contribute 100% to wagering requirements. Andar Bahar and Ludo Games contribute 100% on real-money play. Esports betting contributes 100% on settled bets placed at minimum odds stated in the specific offer terms. Specific game contribution rates are listed in each individual promotion's full terms.

6.4 Bonus Validity

Each p789 promotion has a stated validity period during which the wagering requirement must be completed. If the validity period expires before wagering is complete, the remaining bonus balance and any associated winnings are forfeited. The validity period is shown in your active promotions dashboard.

6.5 Bonus Restrictions

Bonuses on p789 are available to one account per person, per household, and per IP address unless the specific promotion states otherwise. p789 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that a player has attempted to manipulate bonus terms through activity patterns inconsistent with genuine recreational play.

6.6 Welcome Package

The p789 welcome package is available to new registered accounts only on their first three qualifying deposits. It cannot be claimed by existing players, players who have previously held a p789 account, or players accessing the platform through a shared device previously used to claim the welcome package. Minimum qualifying deposit for each welcome stage is Rs 500.

07Gaming Rules

7.1 Game Outcomes

All game outcomes on p789 are determined either by certified independent RNG software (for instant-play and RNG table games) or by live physical dealing in a certified studio (for live dealer games). p789 does not interfere with or modify game outcomes at any point. The house edge for all game types is published on the relevant game information pages.

7.2 Interrupted Sessions

In the event that a game session is interrupted by a technical fault before a result is determined, p789 will use its game round records to verify the game state at the point of interruption and resolve the round accordingly. If a definitive game state cannot be established, the round stake will be returned to the player's account.

7.3 Voided Bets

p789 reserves the right to void any bet where there is clear evidence of a technical error that produced incorrect odds, payout rates, or game conditions. In such cases, the voided stake will be returned to the player's account. This provision does not apply to player errors such as betting on the wrong selection.

7.4 Esports Betting Specific Rules

Esports bets on p789 are settled based on official results declared by the relevant tournament organiser. If a match is cancelled, postponed indefinitely, or forfeited without play, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned. 08Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on p789 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account rule
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated identity information during registration or KYC
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to place bets or interact with the p789 platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or misconfigured promotions for financial gain
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets
• Using p789 to launder money or process funds of criminal origin
• Attempting to access another player's account without their authorisation
• Interfering with or attempting to interfere with the technical infrastructure of p789
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party, or allowing a third party to use your account
• Any conduct that p789 determines constitutes fraud or abuse of the platform

09Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Suspension by p789

p789 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving: suspected breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC, activity patterns inconsistent with genuine play, or regulatory obligations. p789 will provide notice of suspension where it is possible to do so without compromising a fraud or breach investigation.

9.2 Effect of Account Closure

Upon account closure by p789 for breach of Terms, any bonus funds, free spin winnings, and tournament prize winnings are forfeited. Real-money deposits that have not been subject to active fraud investigation will be returned to the player following a review period, minus any amounts owed to p789. The review period may take up to 60 days.

9.3 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may close their p789 account voluntarily at any time by contacting support@p789.cash. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method provided KYC is complete. Active bonuses are forfeited on voluntary closure.

10Responsible Gaming

p789 is committed to providing tools that help players manage their activity and maintain control over their gaming. All responsible gaming tools are accessible from account settings without requiring contact with support.

Available tools include: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time limits, cooling-off periods (temporary account suspension from 24 hours to 6 weeks), and self-exclusion (minimum 6 months, non-reversible within the exclusion period).

Self-exclusion requests submitted to p789 take effect within 24 hours and apply across all games and services on the platform. p789 will not send promotional communications to self-excluded players. If you are self-excluded and believe you have received a promotional communication in error, please contact support@p789.cash immediately.

p789 does not target promotional communications at players who have demonstrated patterns of problem gambling, as determined by the responsible gaming monitoring systems applied to all accounts.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the p789 platform – including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and data – is the property of p789 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use p789 for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or reverse engineer any part of the p789 platform without prior written permission from p789.

12Limitation of Liability

p789 operates the platform on an "as available" basis. While p789 makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability, p789 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, maintenance periods, or technical faults outside its reasonable control.

p789's total liability to any player for any single claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the value of the player's real-money balance at the time the claim arose. p789 is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including loss of profits or opportunities arising from gaming on p789.

Nothing in these Terms limits p789's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by p789's negligence, as these cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13Privacy and Data

p789 processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside this document. The Privacy Policy describes what data p789 collects, how it is used, how long it is retained, and how you can exercise your data rights.

Key data commitments from p789: your personal data is never sold to advertisers or third-party data brokers; financial transaction data is processed through certified payment gateways and not stored on p789 servers; all data transmissions are encrypted using 256-bit SSL.

14Amendments to Terms

p789 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, p789 will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on record, and will display a notice on the platform for a minimum of 14 days before the updated Terms take effect.

Your continued use of p789 after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should cease using the platform and contact support to arrange withdrawal of your balance and voluntary account closure.

15Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or connected to these Terms or your use of p789 that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process described in Section 16 shall be subject to the jurisdiction of applicable courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
